This website is the marketing site for San Sebastian, a master-planned community in San Benito, Texas. It is operated by SVN | Hanna Solutions Commercial Real Estate, the exclusive listing broker for the community's commercial pad sites. This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, who receives it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

The only personal information this site collects is what you choose to enter in one of the two contact forms (Commercial Pad Sites or Residential Lots):

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Your area of interest (residential form only, such as a specific phase)
• Your message

Along with your entries, the form records which form you used and the web address of the page you submitted it from, so we know which listing your inquiry relates to.

Information collected automatically

This site does not use analytics scripts, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies of its own. Like virtually every website, the hosting provider that serves these pages receives standard technical information from your browser when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested. That information is used for delivering the site and for security, not for building a profile of you. See Section 4 for details.

2. How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Respond to your inquiry about commercial pad sites or residential lots at San Sebastian
• Answer your questions, schedule site tours, and send you information you have requested about the community
• Keep a record of inquiries received about the property

5. Cookies and tracking

This site does not set its own cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. The embedded Google Map may set cookies controlled by Google. You can block third-party cookies in your browser settings without affecting the rest of the site; the map may then load with reduced functionality.

6. How long we keep information

Inquiries are kept in the recipients' email and brokerage records for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of interest in the property, which typically means for the duration of the community's sales program and any period afterward required by Texas real estate record-keeping rules. You may ask us to delete your inquiry at any time; see the next section.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.

8. Your choices and rights

• You do not have to submit a form. You can call or email the brokers directly using the contact information at the bottom of the main page.
• Access, correction, or deletion. You may ask us what information we hold about your inquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details in Section 11. We will honor reasonable requests unless we are required to keep the information by law.
• Opting out of follow-up. If you no longer want to hear from us about San Sebastian, reply to any message and say so, or contact us directly.
• Do Not Track. Because the site does not track visitors across sites, it does not respond differently to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Residents of states with consumer privacy laws that grant additional rights may exercise those rights through the same contact channels. This site is intended for visitors in the United States.

9. Children

This site markets real estate to adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
